Polygraphs
Minnesota deputy could not administer polygraph tests to bartender suspected of theft if test was "solicited" by her employer, but could do so as part of a criminal investigation; genuine issue of fact as to the reason for the polygraph test made summary judgment for officer in suit by bartender inappropriate Hanson v. Brothers and One, Inc, 491 N.W.2d 292 (Minn. App. 1992).
