           Armed robber, awarded $60,000 against officers for excessive force used in his arrest, also awarded $212,76551 in attorneys' fees and costs Soba v. McGoey, 761 F.Supp. 273 (S.D.N.Y. 1991).
     Pedestrian awarded $1 in nominal damages against officer who wrongfully detained him was also entitled to an award of attorneys' fees Fassett v. Haeckel, 936 F.2d 118 (2nd Cir. 1991).
