B. Free published decisions from state and federal courts:
LexisOne allows anyone to access selected federal and state case law from the Lexis electronic law library, with cases decided from Jan. 1, 1996 to the current week. Registration required. Users can search by Keywords, docket number or case citation. http://www.lexisone.com/  

C . Most Federal District Court opinions can be accessed via PACER.

D. BNA arbitration awards can be obtained for a fee, from BNA Plus
