Depending upon the timeframe the percentage of
plaintiff work varies from 20% to 70%.
Depending upon the timeframe, the percentage of defense work varies from 80% to
30%.
During the past 20+ years, the average percentage of plaintiff to defense is approximately 60%-40%.

(7) Usual and customary fee:
Option I: Case Development Flat Fee: $5000 (no report).
Option II: Case Development Flat Fee with Expert Report: $7500.
Option III: Hourly Rate: $300 per hour; $3000 retainer, Data entry billed separately at $100 per hour.
Deposition, testimony, on-site visits, inspections, and/or re-enactments: $2000 per day at my location or $3000 per day outside of the Las Vegas area, plus actual expenses incurred, as described in the "Fee Schedule". There is no cost for travel time to and from my location.
