• $200.00 per hour for all directed activities associated with case document review, analysis, research, report preparation and production of exhibits.
• $250.00 per hour for hearings or court appearances.
• $1,000.00 minimum fee for all deposition appearances for first three hours. All hours after initial first three hours will be at the rate of $250.00 per hour.
• Directed Travel - at cost plus daily rate outside of San Francisco Bay area

        Retainer Fee

Retainer is six hours minimum @ $ 200.00 per hour with all subsequent billing per fee schedule. Retainer fee will be applied to outstanding billings.
