Helen Finkel

After graduating from Brooklyn College with a B.S. in accounting, Ms. Finkel worked as an auditor at a Big Eight accounting firm before working at a Wall Street bank, where she developed financial accounting software. After relocating to Chicago, she programmed business applications for a railroad transportation company.
Ms. Finkel, who has served as Business Manager at AELE since 1997, has found it particularly rewarding to work with an outstanding team of experts who are passionate about supporting law enforcement.
