Notice to AELE legal publications readers
Documents from federal cases that are noted in brief usually can be accessed via PACER.
PACER (Public Access to Court Electronic Records) is an electronic public access service that allows the public to obtain case and docket information from Federal Appellate, District and Bankruptcy courts.
The official Docket entries are always available. Often you also can access Motions, Verdicts and Opinions in PDF format.
After registering, a registered agency or individual is charged an access fee of $.10 per page. A credit card required to initiate the service.
