It focused on appellate court and federal trial court decisions, and selected jury verdicts and statutes.
Appx. 3,000 past cases and articles are summarized, along with applicable court citations, on a floppy diskette (in plain-text format) or on a CD (in HTML). The material is organized into 176 topics, and word searches can be made using the search tool on the browser or word-processor used to access the text.
The diskette can be purchased for $26.00, or the CD for $27.00. A check must be enclosed with a letter requesting the diskette or CD, or a bank credit card (Visa - Master Card) may be used on telephone orders.
