Procedural: Removal
Prisoner failed
to state a claim against government entities and public officials for conspiracy
in connection with their removal of his federal civil rights lawsuits from
state to federal court. The court would not inquire into the motives for
such removal. "If the Rules do permit removal, then the case may be
removed," whether the motivation is for strategic reasons, out of
personal preference or no reason at all. Parks v. State of Indiana, #77A01-0207-CV-266,
