253:8 State did not have a duty to protect female prison employee against assault by prisoner who took her hostage for over five hours; even if work environment was unreasonably unsafe, this was insufficient to show "deliberate indifference" to employee's constitutional rights as required for due process claim. Henderson v. Gunther, 931 P.2d 1150 (Colo. 1997).
