Employee Medical Services and Malpractice
New York allows a malpractice suit against
a psychologist or psychiatrist who renders an improper diagnosis, even
if they did not examine the employee and acted on the basis of the reports
of other psychologists. Torres v. City of N.Y., #99 Civ. 9026, 154 F.Supp.2d

Military servicewoman could sue government
for providing negligent prenatal care. Atkinson v. United States, 804 F.2d
